What will we receive from you

For us to process your payroll we require some specific information as follows:-

  • Your business name and contact details
  • Your PAYE reference if you have one. If not we can help you with this.
  • The standing details of your employees such as
    • Names
    • Addresses
    • Dates of birth
    • Start Date
    • Marital Status
    • Whether they are Directors or not
    • National Insurance Numbers
    • Tax code
  • If you are transferring to us from another provider midway through a tax year we will need the year to date figures for PAYE and NI for each employee.  You previous service provider should be able to provide P11 information with all that we need.

 

We will also need a completed registration form and authority to act with HMRC for your business.
