Perfect Payrolls - Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. Who are Perfect Payrolls?

We are a specialised Payroll Services company formed by two firms of accountants with the sole intention of providing a cost effective payroll services to businesses.

2. What are your qualifications?

The two Directors are both qualified Chartered Management Accountants who individually run their own successful accountancy practices. All staff engaged by Perfect Payrolls has many years experience running payroll systems for companies of all sizes.

3. Where are you based?

We are based in Wiltshire; however our client base is national as we provide all of our services over the internet and by E Mail.

4. How do you keep prices so low?

We have spent a lot of time refining our internal work processes in order to produce payroll runs in the most efficient way. We also keep tight control of our overheads resulting in us being able to provide top quality services at very competitive cost.

5. How do I send you my payroll details?

We accept spreadsheets, faxes or even telephone advice of wage and salary details. The format that you send is the one that is most convenient to you.

6. Are my payroll details secure?

Absolutely yes. All our systems are backed up overnight and stored remotely from our office; we have duplicate systems at the ready as a contingency and can get these running within 2 hours. Your data is safe with us.

7. What does your basic price include?

Our advertised prices are based on electronic transfer of payslips, you will receive an e mail with the payslips attached, all you need to do is print them off and distribute them. We also send a report to you that will provide details of the payroll run, including gross pay, deductions, net pay and your PAYE liability to be paid over to HMRC

8. Can I have paper payslips posted to me?

Yes if this is your preferred option, we charge an extra 50p per payslip for payslips and envelopes, postage is charged at the actual cost.

9. Are there any hidden charges?

No, the only extra charge will be if you require paper payslips and envelopes, we do not charge extra for any of the following:

  • Initial setup
  • Starters
  • Leavers
  • Preparation of P45s
  • Production of year end P60s
  • Submission of the annual online PAYE return

If you opt to use our electronic service and paper copies are required we do charge an extra 50p per duplicate paper payslip plus postage at the actual rate incurred.
