Payroll Deadlines for June & July

Payroll Service & Payroll Processing deadlines


The following are the payroll processing and submit deadlines for June & July

 

  • June 22nd - Employers on a monthly payments must have paid clear funds electronically to HMRC bank account. Last day for BACS to be initiated is 18th June.

 

  • June 22nd - Emergency budget - see other news

 

  •  July 5th - Final date by which a PAYE final settlement agreement for the previous tax year must be finalised

 

  • July 5th - This is the final day of tax month 3.Tax and NI etc due for tax month to 5th July or for tax quarter to 5th of July are due by 19th July or 22nd of July if paid electronically

 

  • July 6th - This is the deadline for filing paper form or electronically P9D, P11 & P11D. Copies of these forms must also be given to the employees by this date.

 

  • July 7th - This is the date by when a responsible person for an employer financed retirement benefit scheme must provide HMRC with details of the benefits provided during the previous tax year

 

  • July 19th - This is the deadline for payment of PAYE and National Insurance Contributions for the month or quarter ended 5th of July uless you pay electronically in which case July 22nd is the deadline.

 

  • July 19th - This is the deadline for payment of class 1A national insurance in respect of benfits in kind reported on form P11D unless you pay electronically in which case July 22nd is the deadline.
