Perfect Payrolls - Pricing Structure
Our pricing policy is quite simple, we offer you the benefits of our own efficiencies, we believe that we offer some of the most competitive prices around, whilst at the same time providing a quality of service that meets our clients demanding requirements.
Pricing is computed on a per payslip basis, the more payslips we prepare in a payroll run, the greater our efficiencies that we can pass on to our clients

The above prices include:
- Processing of your weekly or monthly payroll using HMRC accredited software
- Payslips sent to you via PDF or MDI format
- Reports for each payroll run showing net pay and deductions
- Monthly or quarterly statement of liabilities for you to pay your PAYE/ NI.
- Year end P60 hard copies for all employees
- Year end processing of your Payroll online to take advantage of HMRC incentives
Are there any extra charges?
The above rates are applicable for a full payroll service, the only extra cost that you may incur is if you require paper payslips delivered to your address. These are charged at a simple flat rate of 50p per paper payslip, postage costs are those actually incurred and will be added to your invoice on a quarterly basis.
Small Company Payroll scheme
If you have your own limited company with a maximum of two Directors, we are able to offer our full Small Company Payroll Scheme.
This scheme looks after all your payroll requirements allowing you to concentrate on managing your business. Most owner managed limited Companies pay their Directors a small salary to use the annual personal allowance, the rest of the remuneration consisting of dividends.
What does the Small Company Payroll Scheme offer?
- Setup of the PAYE details on our accredited software
- Start of year advice as to what the monthly salary will be
- 2 monthly payslips per year, one every six months
- All year end procedures and reports filed online to benefit from HMRC incentives.
- Production of end of year P60s for each Director
- Quarterly nil returns to HMRC (service provided upon receipt of the yellow book and pre paid HMRC envelope
What does all this cost?
Total cost for this service is just £15 per month ex VAT. That is only £180 a year for a full payroll service for your business
