No set up charge subject to 3-month minimum contract.

We don’t tie you to a lengthy contract. Our minimum term is designed to cover the initial set up costs only.  We have enough confidence in our service to state that once you join Perfect Payrolls you wont want to leave.

Fixed rate for administering the payroll system

We want to keep it simple. We can save you money and time on administration, bank charges and investing in costly payroll systems.

We have transparent pricing policies regarding additional services such as BACS transfer and paper reports or payslips.

Our business model is lean and is reflected in our rates.  We do charge additionally for some items and we know, as with any service, clients don’t appreciate hidden costs. Our policy is to be open and honest from the outset.

All types of deductions are administered, i.e. Pensions, student loans, reduced hours etc.

You can be assured that we can meet all of your processing needs.

Our service is completely scalable in the event employees need to be added or removed from the payroll.

Simply complete the relevant forms send them to us.  We will let you know when the updates have been processed and reconcile your account every quarter letting you know of any increase or decrease in charge.

We only use HMRC accredited software, all data is secure and backed up off site
